Shopping Cart – Add to Cart
It takes a single click for your customers to add products and services from your catalog to their online shopping cart. This can be done from any type of product listing or any product details page.
Shopping Cart – Quick View
Your customers will be able to access their online shopping cart at any time through convenient links in the header and footer of every page. In order to make their shopping experience even more enjoyable, we developed a mini-version of the website shopping cart (called Quick View) that automatically appears on the side of every page as soon as anything is added to the shopping cart. The Quick View allows your customers to keep track of the contents of their online shopping cart and the total amount of their order while continuing shopping on your web site. The Quick View box also features a link to the full shopping cart page, and the Checkout.
Shopping Cart – One-click Checkout
The Quick View box of the online shopping cart features a one-click checkout process. The Checkout button is present on virtually every page, and allows your store visitor to purchase the products and services they want effortlessly and without having to complete a lengthy checkout process.
Shopping Cart – Returning Customers Checkout
In-commerce allows both registered (returning) customers and unregistered visitors (guests) to make purchases through the online shopping cart. Administrator can also restrict purchasing to only registered customers. Returning customers will enjoy the convenience of a simplified checkout process, with their information readily available to be used and/or updated as they complete their checkout.
Checkout – Multiple Shipping Options
During the checkout process, your customers will be able to choose from multiple shipping options on the shipping screen of their online shopping cart. They will be able to select a shipping option from the list of shipping methods and carriers that you provide and that best matches their shipping preferences.
Checkout – Multiple Payment Types
As part of the checkout process, your customers will also be able to choose from multiple payment methods on the billing screen of the online shopping cart. Such payment methods may include but not limited to credit cards, online or manual checks, wire transfers, PayPal, purchase orders, cash on delivery, etc.
Shopping Cart – Wish List
Registered users can place any products or services they like on their Wish List, which acts as a list of their favorites (bookmarks) that is easily accessible when they come back to your store. There is no limit on how many products from the catalog users can add to their Wish List.
Shopping Cart – Recently Viewed Items
As your store visitors are shopping on your online store, In-commerce keeps track of the products they have recently viewed. Although a visitor may not add an item to their onlie shopping cart, they may be interested in returning to a particular item (for example to compare it with something else they found). The Recently Viewed Items box of the website shopping cart makes it easy. All of the recently viewed products automatically appear on the side of every page so that your customers may access them quickly and without having to search for the products again.
Shopping Cart – Orders History
Customers who have purchased products in the past can come back to the site at any time to review their previous orders. They will be able to view all of their recent orders at a glance, along with each order’s status, purchase date and other pertinent information. They will also be able to view the details and the contents of each order and print out order confirmations for their records.
Administrative Console Features:
View Incomplete Orders
Site administrators are be able to view the content of any customer’s shopping cart, regardless of the stage of the checkout process. As soon as anything is added to the online shopping cart, In-commerce creates a unique order number, and allows the administrator review the contents under the section of Incomplete Orders. This gives the store administrators a unique ability to analyze the customers’ behavior, assist customers with completing their orders and possibly contact people who have not completed their purchases as part of the follow-up routine.
Shopping Coupons and Discounts
As the administrator, you may choose to issue coupons or discounts to attract potential customers or reward existing customers. In-commerce allows creating promotion codes to offer coupons or discounts that can be used in your marketing campaigns and distributed by e-mail, traditional mailings, or advertising campaigns on the web.
Your customers may use promotion codes that you create to enjoy various discounts by applying promotion codes to their orders as part of the checkout process. You can also set up permanent discounts for certain groups of users – frequent or institutional buyers, for example. There are a lot of different options for setting up promotion codes – starting from the discount type (reduces price for one or more products or the discount on the total order amount or free shipping), to the duration of the promotion and to how many times a particular promotion code may be used.
